2-Days 1-Night from Fes to Chefchaouen & Waterfalls

Day 1: Fez / Chefchaouen

We start at 8 am. You will be met by your driver, at your accommodation in a fez. After boarding your private vehicle, you will make your way towards “Chefchaouen” or what is called also “Chaouen” in a short form.

Chafchaouen is located in the Rif Mountains near Tangier and it is easily recognized by the city’s blue-washed buildings and houses.

Our journey consists of 3 stops along the way to Chefchaouen. Our first stop will be at the Dam of Sidi Shahid, where we encourage you to experience and appreciate the beauty of nature and take as
many photos as you like.

The next stop will include a cafe, where you can enjoy a bite to eat and just to relax, as we make our way to Chefchaouen. Lastly, we will embark on a chain of mountains, which should be the highlight of this journey.

Arrive in Chefchaouen: Upon arrival, check into your accommodation and freshen up. You will have the afternoon for yourself to explore the Blue Medina: Wander through the charming streets of the Blue Medina (old town). Take in the vibrant blue-painted buildings, narrow alleyways, and colorful markets. Don’t forget to snap some photos!

Visit the Kasbah Museum: Head to the centrally located Kasbah Museum, which provides insights into the region’s history and culture. Take your time to explore the museum and enjoy the panoramic views from the terrace.

Overnight and Dinner in the Hotel.

Day 2: Chefchaouen / Akchour Waterfalls / Fez

Explore the Surrounding Area: After breakfast, consider exploring the beautiful natural surroundings.

You can take a short hike to the nearby Akchour Waterfalls or explore the Rif Mountains ( please note you cannot go deep into the waterfalls ).

Depart In the afternoon, start your journey back to Fes. If time permits, you can make a stop at a local village or scenic spot along the way.

Arrive in Fes: Reach Fes by late afternoon or early evening, depending on the duration of the return journey.
